I feel like you&#x27;re overreacting just a little. I understand that you two had a past together but out was exactly that. Your friend was just trying to get a quick answer.

At the same time, she shouldn&#x27;t have lied to you but she probably didn&#x27;t want you to get mad at her. It seemed like a small problem made into a big deal and I don&#x27;t see how you and your ex can&#x27;t at least be cordial.
