If you had one already an old one then make sure you go to account settings and take off the email you use (and put another email in it) (one that you don't use). Also make sure you delete your user name.

Now once you have done that go to facebook delete account - download papers and accept yes. Now your account will be deleted in 14 days.

Once you have done steps. Now create a new account use your email and create it.
