How should I respond to this facebook message?

I guess I really don't understand what you want from us here.

You say the guy bullied you through HS, but he has been your Facebook friend since HS. Why would you even have someone who bullied you as your Facebook friend? I would think you wouldn't want this person as any part of your life. I certainly wouldn't want this guy to see a blog that I write about my travels.

Since he sent you the message at 3 AM, I'm guessing that this was "drunk Facebooking" and he doesn't remember it at all. But, the only one who can really answer your question would be the guy who sent you the message. We don't know either of you, so how could we know why he sent the message?
