It's most likely because they care. They are worried, like good parents should be. Your not the only one, you'd be surprised how many people's parents doo the same thing. Yeah is super annoying, and gets on your nerves. Might even hurt your feelings a bit. You could always bring it up to them, in a muture way.

Or just don't do anything that you don't want then to see. I always clear my search history, and text messages. I put a passcode in my phone(if your parents allow it) I don't keep a diary, I delete all of my social apps when I'm not using my phone, and re-download them when I need them. I know it seems like a lot of work but trust me, it's because they care. If they didn't care, they wouldn't give a shit about what you do. I also try to always have my phone on me, it hide it.
