What do I do when my best friend is ignoring me?

I don't want to jump to conclusions, but I can't help but wonder why my bestie is ignoring me?
I don't want to sound like a brat, but I really need her, she's all I've got.
So, it's not like she's not talking to me, it's just like we hang out everyday in school, coz we go in the same class, so we do talk regulary. But when we're not in school she acts like she doesn't know me. It's really hard for me cause she is my "only" friend. No body really understands me besides her and she's the only person who wants to talk to me, so I guess I need her, but she's pretty pppular in real life and on social networks (twitter)..

Anyway, I've been texting her since our school holiday started but she's not answering and I can see she's read the texts cause it says she has (twitter).

So basically, she tweets everyone, but she never answers me, on facebook, normal texts, twitter so yeah, Im just sortta worried.
