I'm having major issues after requesting an email restore!?

I asked Yahoo last night at this time to restore lost emails. First off, nothing was actually restored though I did get some weird duplicate messages from over a year ago. Then, I couldn't access my email on my Iphone under the normal app that I've always used. Finally I have one phantom unread email in my inbox and 11 phantom unread emails in my trash. I am going crazy trying to get an actual email address to have all this fixed. It's my small business account and this is killing me!
