I can assure you that this does not happen whatsoever. The amount of time and manpower it would take to question even just a handful of people from your friends list, nor the less all of them would be a complete waste of resources. I wouldn't even worry about them talking to a single person from your Facebook. This doesn't mean they won't look for any social media that you participate in, but what they are looking for is indicators of behavior. For example, is every picture you post, a photo of you drinking at a bar or a party? Or are you flaunting large sums of money, or even drugs. Departments in smaller states may not even take social media into account as long as you have a clean background on paper.
