How to delete/untag/hide picture? FACEBOOK?

Hi, there was this picture added in 2010 and I hate it..... Every time I click on the picture it doesn't give me the option to remove it or hide it.

It says Report/Remove Tag (so I click on that)
Then it says: Why are you reporting this picture?
: I say: I don't want others to see me in this photo. Because its a really really bad picture of me.

I have to send a message to her asking her to remove it which embarrassing to me.... too haha
It doesn't even give me the option to hide it!!! WHY!!! How to I untag my self? Is it because its such an old picture??? 2010?
