Youtube page itself won't load correctly?

Clear your Cache (Make sure to restart Chrome after doing this!).
If that doesn't solve it, use a different browser. If the other browser displays Youtube correctly, then the problem is with Chrome. If not, restart your internet connection, or make sure its not blocked for some reason.
