People Taking Handicap Parking?

Document....document...document!!!!!!!!!!!! Pictures and videos work wonders and are PROOF someone's breaking the law. A handicapped sticker MUST be displayed if someone parks in a handicapped parking lot. I'd post it on Facebook and even get the person's face in the video!! YouTube works great too!! Since it's private property the Mgt. SHOULD make an effort to talk to the offenders. I worked at apt. complexes and we slid notices under the tennants doors who broke the apt. law. Look on your lease for the RULES.....and the folks who run the place should warn tenants and we could even TOW them if they parked illegally. I'd go as high as I could as there's always someone higher then the people running that apt. complex. They might act real fast if a NEWS CREW from your local TV station came down and did a story on the abuse....ya think??? Did I give you enough ideas?? And the next time you see a Peace Officer there take a picture and drive right down to where he works and REPORT HIM!!! He won't do it again....guaranteed!!! Good luck!
