I forgot my Twitter password, also I forgot my Email username. How do I reset it?

Got to your hotmail, then click " forgot password" follow the steps the reset the password and then you can get back into emails so you can get twitter to send you your password, make it something you won't forget, use the place I was born In what year, hard to forget right. Example- Florida1990
