Yes You Can As Long As you Do the Settings Security Than Deactivate Option

Once you Delete your Account When your Ready to Come Back To Reactivate Just Sign Back in Again and It Will Automatically Reactivate

Please Note Tho Some Of Your Things May Not Appear Right Away When you First Reactivate it May Take 24 to 48 hours Depending on How Many Things you have on Facebook
