Go to HELP and when the search box comes up type "delete account permanently"... then select from the search list that comes up "Permanent account deletion" or similar and it gives you instructions on how to do so. It deactivates your account and they delete it all permanently in a few weeks. Best to delete any personal pictures yourself first, but you don't have to, they will delete it all for you within a few weeks.
