how to get a doctors note for service dog?
i am 21 and have never been diagnosed with a disorder except for my counselor in 2011 said i had signs of depression.
i have never had a primary doctor.
however my dog, has had training courses and is my emotional support service dog. my landlord wants a writen letter from my doctor proving i need a service animal, i am not sure how to acquire this since i dont have a current doctor i see on the regular basis and i stopped seeing my counselor in 2011 and have no way to contact her.
how could i get a doctors note?
