I am a franchisee, I posted a complaint on my franchiser's facebook account, can I be sued for doing so?
They failed to delivery my stocks on their Friday schedule, hence I did not have sufficient stocks to sell the following day. No one from their office was answering my complaints that day, so I resorted to posting my complaint on their company's facebook account. Because of my post, they are now saying that my orders are for pick-up only and are refusing to deliver on-site. Can they do that? And even sue me for my Facebook post?
