Why can't I just have my instagram account back?

Okay so, I have an Instagram account and ever since about 12pm maybe? I haven't been able to get into my account and I don't know why it just says to secure your account instagram has reset your password........so I followed the instructions and clicked forgot my password and it asked me for my email and I can't remember it!! It is in my instagram account and I do not want to create a new account. I want my account back ASAP!! Please help! Thanks heaps!

Ps I tried signing in on different devices but it doesn't work and I know my account is still there because on my other account it shows the account is still there. Anyway of just finding out my email that I used, if not please help me????? I haven't done anything I don't think to break the rules. It often shuts me out and returns to the home screen or just signs me out. In serious help now! Crisis mode is officially on!
