Lying about age on Facebook?

Not my problem. It's their parents' responsibility. Letting young children surf without supervision is a mistake as far as I'm concerned. If a parent lets a child sign up on a site when they are underage, they should lose the right to hold the site owner liable for any damages that might result from the membership. The people that the article talks about could sue the guy who put a picture of their kid on porn sites, and they could possibly sue the porn site for publishing those pictures. But I don't think they have anything on Facebook since they let their kid lie about his age in order to sign up.
