You can make lists of people you don't want to access certain features of your Facabook profile. This way these strangers cant access any of your personal information but you can still have them as neighbors on Farmville.

Simply make a Facebook list of the strangers you have added then click on privacy settings and decide which features of your profile you would like to block them from.
