What are some styles of wolf/dog drawings?

Very cute! As a furry (someone who's part of the furry fandom) I love artwork like this.

I totally don't know what a "scene wolf" is, but I do know that you can find plenty of artwork like this in the furry fandom if you take the time to do a search. Since the character is shown being on all four and having a natural-shaped body, that is called feral artwork. The style is definitely cute, although I don't know if it has a specific name. It's not chibi artwork, which is characters with oversized heads, oversized eyes, tiny feet and paws, and is a sort of overly-cute style.

I'd suggest you go to a furry artwork site such as FurAffinity.net and search for artwork like this. You can also search for that particular artist to see if he/she has any more there. (I looked and could not find an account for that person on FA.)
