Well Mariee,

When you are deployed, you will BE on active duty orders.

Oh you mean, like switch from reserves to AD full time? Nope. That’s not likely to happen. You are prior service now and the opportunities pretty darn non-existent.

But here are the most current 'prior service business rules'. These are your ONLY options to going from guard or reserves to active duty. Make the call, and good luck:
