Strange Virus/Trojan please help!! cannot find solution!?

Hello , i have some strange VIRUS / TROJAN / MALWARE that i cannot remove :| , this virus makes my CPU go 100% and that causes lag while multitasking , to explain better i will give you a example : I only have Skype started and i want to go on facebook , ok , when the page load 100% CPU and when the page goes bigger and bigger or when i switch photos on facebook the cpu goes 100% and the page blocks why ?? That it´s happening not only on the web , if i start a program the virus makes the program to use high cpu as it reaches 100% that´s nasty and really stressful , I scanned my PC with malwarebytes , registry booster 2012 , AVG Antivirus 2011 , Norton Antivirus in Safe Mode but nothing i readed all the articles i could find but nothing i don´t thing it is the iexplore.exe virus or the svchost.exe virus but if you know something please help this is my third post of this out here but nobody could find a answer .
