Strange Virus/Trojan please help!! cannot find solution!?

Well. Couple of good antivirus products do not help you to solve the problem. Deep system scan with any one of them takes a lot of your time, and other experiments would either. If you value your time and can make a backup for the important data files that you have on your PC, then reinstall your operating system and put the saved files back. If the clean install wouldn't help, than some hardware failure might be the cause of this problem, and you will know it for sure.
