Strange Virus/Trojan please help!! cannot find solution!?

The reason your CPU is working so hard isn't because of a virus, it's because all the antivirus and system repair software you have installed are interfering with one another. You should only have one antivirus program and uninstall the others. To add to that, Registry Booster 2012 is only making things worse because most registry repair software make wild guesses about what's working correctly and what's not in your registry, and then attempt to "repair" it. Uninstall all your antivirus programs except one using either the Revo Uninstaller OR IObit Uninstaller, to make sure they are completely uninstalled. A registry scan with CCleaner will also help. Whenever you start iexplorer.exe (Internet Explorer) it's normal for two processes to start; one is for the new tab and one for the main window.
