She might be mad when you tell her, maybe a bit hurt you didnt tell her sooner, just reassure her you arent lying about anything else, but if you are then come clean. However if she doesn't like you when she finds out about the age difference, don't make her feel bad, don't force her or pressure her into being with you or make her feel guilty as it is ultimately your fault for not being honest, not hers. If she still likes you after finding out then; No, it's not bad as long as you're both mature about it and can handle other people's (possibly negative) opinions upon the matter.
