I've been using this tool that lets me automate my posts to Twitter, Facebook, or both -- and you don't even have to compute the dates or the exact time when those will be posted. The tool will do it for you. It can even fetch your latest RSS Blog feed or get random posts from your blogs so your followers are updated with what you just blogged. Check the source below:
