Ish really embarassed?

Hi Im just really embarassed because I have a facebook account and when someone talks to me I reply to them, but Im shy and I never post anything, especially pictures. But I changed my profile picture to this silly yet normal pic of me I took on the laptop and then I changed it back to another picture of some random thing really quickly because I thought facebook would ask me if I wanted to keep the pic there and I would have to click ok or something but it didn't And Im really embarassed because someone commented on it and I know that everyone can see it. Even though theres nothing really wrong with the picture Im still really embarassed and being embarassed makes me want to die. I never could handle it.
