My Upstream and Downstream are orange on my router?
Occasionally my WiFi drops but anything that's connected via an ethernet/LAN instead of WAN doesn't lose internet connection. On my router the DS and US are orange but not flashing. Here's a screenshot of RF parameters/status:

Our ISP installed it and never gave us a box or installation manuel afaik. Also before we got this router I had a lot faster internet speed and this router has seemed to cut it in half.
