Generally there is no trick to do so,like any apps or anything else to do so but few steps can make your page popular on the basis of your subject.

1)Frequently update your page,I mean not in every minute but in every 3-4 hour gap.

2)If you update with photos tag people as much as you can.There is a very good chance to being seen by the friends of the person you tagged.

3)Go to popular pages and explain your page in short but effectively with the link of your page.

4)You must have checked 'Invite your friends' option I guess.If not,do it fast.

5)Ask the people who liked your page to share the page if they have liked.

6)Your updates must be interesting.

7)Even if you are ready for pay you can use facebook Ad service.
(Though only high profile buinessmen,bands,celebs do.)
