Social media , Texting, and E-mail vanished over night?

Social media has become a huge part of people's everyday culture. Those who have not grown up without technology would have a culture shock of trying to figure out how to communicate with others. You would definitely feel a disconnect from society because of the lack of instant communication. We have grown up with the means of communication being fast and easy and if that was taken away from us our social skills would probably struggle. I have found that I can't even sit and watch a movie anymore without being on my phone also. Theres a pull to be on social media at all times and it would be hard to recover if it disappeared
