How do you delete a group on facebook?

Actually you can. You need to follow these steps by ORDER:
1) Remove all the members of the group.
2) Leave the group yourself.

Facebook has a periodic systems which removes groups with 0 members, so it'll delete it for you. But follow the steps in order, because if you leave the group while there are still members in it, any one of those members can become admin.
