Facebook is addictive because we are able to chat endlessly and somewhat look through others' lives through their photos, etc., feeding our natural human curiosity. That's why most people end up spending so much time on Facebook, because there's just SO many people and so many different things to do. That being said:

Try doing other things, go outside, call a friend... you'll probably end up answering the question yourself. Smile
