Is this a genuinely bad picture to put on facebook?

Okay so I haven't been on facebook in like 10 months and I went on last night and changed my profile picture to a more recent one, and it got a lot of likes i guess but this kid in my chem class who I barely know messaged me. and he was being nice at first so i was like ok. and he's like, "yeah, heads up, you should probably change your profile picture. kinda ugly. and looks like you have a lazy eye" (which i actually do). so, uh, yeah. not trying to seem desperate or anything but like should i take this picture down?

i didn't reply to the guys messages. totally can't wait to sit next to him tomorrow. yay.
@Crazy Dan, you obviously didn't understand my comment. i was being VERY sarcastic. why the hell would i be excited to see him??? it's sarcasm
