What do you do if you uninstalled 'the internet'?

open cmd.exe with administrative privileges

type (with the space) sfc /scannow and hit enter (system file checker will check your system files

whilst doing that - go to control panel - programs - make sure you have a browser installed (internet explorer/google chrome/firefox etc)
then hit back button and select default programs
set your default programs... is your browser listed? if not then hit back again and select set your file type associations - scroll down to html and select your browser

if this is not your issue

click start - type rstrui.exe and click it
