There's also a simpler alternate way, Follow these steps

>Log in to Twitter
>Go to Settings
>Go to Profile
>Scroll Down
>Uncheck the boxes that read 'post retweets to Facebook' and
'post to my Facebook profile'
> Don't forget to Save Changes
