First: She's only 9. why does she have an e-mail address?
Second: It could actually be her facebook. She just hasn't let you know that she has one.

If you're using her e-mail for your facebook, then yes, you will be receiving e-mails from facebook.
If you aren't then someone is hacking your daughter's e-mail address and using it for themselves.

To do:
Next time you see a facebook e-mail, look at it and make sure it's really from facebook. If it is, click on something that will take you to the facebook wall/home page and you will be able to see who's profile it is. (It would probably log you in automatically)

now comes the fun part. If you're evil, like me, go to the account settings on that person's facebook and change the e-mail address or password. Then put something on their wall or send one of their friends a message saying that you're tired of this person using your daughter's e-mail address for their facebook account and are now deleting it.

If you're using an unsecured WIFI for your internet, then that may possibly be your problem. Make sure it's locked so you don't get into trouble with the law for someone else's miss-use.
