Hi!
You should keep patience. Try to take healthy food only and don't take unhealthy diet like junk food, fast food, cream, oily, etc.
Only try to take nutritional food such as green veg, fruits, eggs, etc.
Do physical workout daily. This will help you to cover up all issue regarding you health. You can do yoga and running. It is so effective for weight loss.
Nothing is impossible. Just try these. I think it will work.
