After you change website title you need to call bots to reindex this webpage. One of tools for this is SEOPingler. After bots revisit your page you need to wait between few minutes and few days change to be visible in SERP.

There is time between changes to be visible and that's why you need to be 100% sure about this before submit site for pinging.
