There are two major reasons why reputation management is so important:

1. True or untrue, anyone can write anything about your company.

2. Today, approximately 75% of people search online before investing in a product or service.

Therefore, if your business relies on Internet sales, your bottom line directly correlates with the online reputation of your company.
