Research. identify your local market,
is there a business park nearby? - business lunches and conference meals.
Is it a shopping area? - target early morning shoppers, afternoon shoppers, evening shoppers,
Is it a residential area - flyers thru the doors.
The more you know and understand your possible customers the more you can target.
