Teens won't acknoledge you until you give them something they need. Maybe you could advertise and invest into 'prizes' and 'giveaways' for the member that attends the most. Or have an event where there is something for 'free' being given. Also make a facebook page and send pamflets through letter boxes. And stick posters around schools and bustop benches or schools. Invite a minor celebrity. Or ... Anything to be honest. Posibilites are endless. Just lookout for what attracts them
