Firstly search for blogs related to your keyword that allow guest posts. Example: "write for us" + "your keyword" - Enter this query in Google and you will find many blogs.
Read their instructions and if you think you fulfill those requirements than contact them with "pitch of your article". If the admin likes your article pitch than you will get a mail for the full article. You can also enter your link in article or author box as allowed by them.
