I need help about my ex?

Last month my ex text me and broke up with me, we had been in a ldr for 5 months and seen each other every 2 weeks for 2-3 or more days, we were both each others first proper relationship, the week before he dumped me he was over here with me for my mums birthday, we went to the travel agents to get grouches for holidays and only 3 days before he asked did I have money for it yet, on the day he broke up with me he txt me about flights for valentines, the week later, still talking about coming then 2 hours later he text me saying I'm sorry I don't think we should be together your an amazing girl and I heave had an unbelievable time with you but you deserve someone who can love you, I really like you but that's not enough, I stated I didn't love him either but he said I said it once but I never I was about to and he said that he was falling for me. So I, confused. He then text me saying he did like me and I've been a great infulence on his life etc and he does like me.
2 days later I text asking for my stuf and he said that breaking up with me was th hardest thing he ever done and he doesn't want to lose me, he said he walked around the streets not knowing what to do when he done it. A week later after no contact he text me asking how I was after he said he wouldn't text me again. He said he wanted to talk to me everyday and he misses me etc, he told me he wasn't eating proper and I said neither was I, he also told me he cried when breaking up with me so I asked why he did it then, he said it was to late and I said it wasn't and asked did he think he made a mistake and he didn't he didn't know he needed time to think so I said I would, he said it was the long distance and he didn't think he could love me but I said to him we only met about 11 times, so loving each other would be harder and take longer, he kept saying he missed me, I told him we shouldn't talks while he was thinking and he said he wanted to, we did for a few days then I said no no more talking, a week and a half later I asked him was he ready to talk and he ignored me so I said ok just send my stuf so we had broke up a month then and he still didn't send any of my things, I duno why he said he doesmt want to lose me and mentioned friends and I said I can't be, we had a great relationship and all his friends kept telling me how happy I made him. I sent his stuf and wrote a letter he still hasn't got it, I bought him tickets for a concert for his birthday and booked a hotel when we were together I asked him did he still want to go because he said last week he will only go with me, I just want to meet him and see if there's any hope, he said he would let me know in a few days if we are going, please help..?
And he is not pregnant I spent 10 days with him for Christmas he's 22 . Loll
