I want to use a Dj name already that's taken, but only barely, can I use it?
I want to start going by a certain title for the music I produce. Say I want to go by dj ninnypoop but there is already a DJ ninnypoop but they only have a couple of low quality mixes on myspace, and nothing to be heard or seen of them since 2007 (when they uploaded the mixes to myspace). theres no dj ninnypoop on facebook, twitter etc. Can I use this DJ name? Plz?
