How can I kick off a wifi user from my D-Link DSL 2640 modem?!?

Firstly, in my experience D-Link sucks, no offense. In general a modem only connects a single client directly to the modem. So I assume you are talking about a router that has wireless capabilities. Not sure where you are accessing the 'DHCP sub menu' from, but here is how you should be accessing your router configuration page.

Goto start -> type cmd -> open it up -> type 'ipconfig' into the prompt -> look for where it says Default Gateway then look at what the ip is, usually something like 192.168.0.1, then type that address into your web browser's url bar (while connected to the network) and you should see your router configuration page. If you need a password and don't know it try looking here: http://www.routerpasswords.com/.

Once you get in there should be a list of clients who are connected. You should be able to manually disconnect them. Or you can use Mac filtering. If you enable this it will only allow clients to connect to your router who have a mac address that is listed there. So you need to add any mac address for each computer you want to be able to connect. To find your mac address goto Start -> type cmd -> open it up -> type 'ipconfig /all' -> Look for the adapter that you are using to connect to the network (wireless or ethernet) and use the Physical Address.
