What does a host have anything to do with profit? You will pay godaddy a set fee and then a maintenance fee (I assume you want to have them build your website, not just host it, which is what they are known for).

Profit will come from ad sales which are driven by the number of unique visitors your site receives. You get visits by having desirable content, which is up to you and not godaddy.
