Since your asking in the SEO section, it's worth noting that some free domain names TLDs are search ranking Poison, Google removed all 11 Million .co.cc sites after observing a pattern of fraud from these easy to get, poorly managed domains.
You might be better off just using the subdomain a free host provides.
