Facebook won't work but all other sites do?

I have been having this issue for almost a week now. All other sites work JUST fine, but Facebook randomly decides when it works and when it doesn't. It just displays the "connection timed out" or "page cannot be displayed."
I have tried three different browsers, updating flash, messing with the add-ons, firewall settings, putting the computer and browser back to default settings, restarting my modem, all that other crap. My service provider technicians can't figure out what's wrong, Geek Squad can't, and no other person in my area is having this issue. I have a HP vs15 desktop with a HPPavillion thingy and both my desktop AND laptop are having the issues, but sometimes the laptop will work when the PC doesn't. Can ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME FIGURE THIS OUT?
