With any business you need your ground plan.

What's your target market? Who are the competitors? What capital do you need to start the business and the amortisation of it? What's your marketing plan?

Then comes money.

What's your starting finance?
Amortisation, again
Budgets; marketing, fixed costs, variable costs, capital expenses - emergency contingency funds.

Plan!
