Do not get me wrong but I guess that you should have called the customer service or the technical team of the internet service provider you got right after the moment you had encountered problems with your internet connection? Do they charge a fee for technical consultation? If not I do not see any reasons why you should hesitate in asking them. If they happen to charge for a price, I guess it would be better to pay for a small fee that to deal with the other problems that may come along as you face these technical problems with your internet connection alone. You can also check http://www.comaprebroadband.com.au to compare cable internet plans for your home or office.
