Hi There,

You have identified the problem "GrabRez" which is addware that somehow was downloaded and installed on your computer. There is a link below that has instructions for removal.

If that does not work then you probably can download, install and run Malwarebytes to remove.
Do a search for "malwarebytes" for the address.
